Module 1: Basic Body Needs. Why body-based regulation comes before anything else.

Heather is a pediatric occupational therapist turned parent co-regulation coach. Over 8 years and 400+ children and families, she learned something most clinicians won't say out loud: the real work isn't just done in the therapy room. It's also done at home, in the nervous system of the parent who sets the emotional climate for the whole household.
She's trained in instinctive meditation and emotional regulation tools that helped her heal her own anxiety first … and now she teaches those same tools to moms who are tired of stressing and spiraling.
